  7. CAT II is an X Windows project management product with a graphical user
  8. interface.  Users can create networks directly on the screen using a mouse.
  9. CAT II is a client-server product allowing users to access and share data
  10. across heterogenous projects and systems.  CAT II is fully SQL compliant.
  11. Finally, CAT II includes an Executive Information System (EIS) that allows
  12. managers to use a mouse to quickly identify and solve problems.  CAT II
  13. contains a relational database; users can also seamlessly access data from
  14. Oracle databases.  CAT II includes a fourth generation language to create data
  15. entry screens, menus, custom dialog boxes, and to customize outputs.  CAT II
  16. can create network diagrams, Gantt charts, pie charts, line graphs,
  17. histograms, and tabular reports.
